1. What we collect
What you give us. If you create an account we may receive an email address or login details, a display name and optional profile details. If you buy coins, the payment provider handles your card details; we receive confirmation of the purchase, not your full card number. If you write to support, we keep that message.
What we collect automatically. Device and browser type, operating system, approximate location based on your IP address, pages visited, features used, time spent and referring pages, plus server logs of access times and errors. A guest session uses an identifier stored in your browser.
Camera and microphone. Your browser asks before the site can use them, and you can turn that permission off at any time in your browser's site settings.
2. How we use it
- to run the service: match you, connect calls and process purchases;
- to keep people safe: detect abuse, fraud and rule-breaking;
- to understand and improve the service, using analytics;
- to answer your messages and send service notices;
- to meet legal duties and defend our rights.
3. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep sessions and security working, and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to see how the site is used: which pages are opened, where people leave and what they do. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though parts of the service may stop working.
4. Who we share data with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service, such as hosting, payment processing and analytics; when you ask us to; when the law requires it or to protect people's safety; or as part of a business transfer such as a merger. Aggregated or anonymised data that cannot identify you may be shared more widely.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as it is needed to provide the service, meet legal duties, resolve disputes and enforce our terms. When an account is closed we delete or anonymise the data within a reasonable time, except where the law says we must keep some of it.
6. Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, and to object to or limit some uses. Write to us through the contact page and we will help. You can also leave at any time by simply closing the site and clearing its data in your browser.
7. Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, but no system is perfectly secure. Roulette Cam is for adults. If you believe a minor has used the service, tell us through the contact page and use the report tools described in the safety center.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be shown more prominently.
