1. Agreeing to these terms

By opening or using Roulette Cam (the website, its mobile web version and related services) you agree to these terms, to our community rules and to the privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update the terms from time to time, and continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

2. Who can use the service

Roulette Cam is for adults. You must be at least 18, or older if the minimum age where you live is higher, and you must be legally allowed to use the service. Please don't use it if you aren't.

Anything you tell us must be accurate. Keep your login details to yourself, don't share or sell your account, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

3. What the service is

Roulette Cam connects people for live video, audio and text conversations. Matches are random, and we don't guarantee any particular result, call quality or availability. We may change, limit or stop features whenever we need to for legal, safety, technical or business reasons.

4. How you may use it

Use the service lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

  • harass, threaten, stalk, exploit or deceive other people;
  • share sexual content, or content involving minors;
  • record, capture or share another person's image or voice without their consent;
  • request or send money, gift cards or off-site payments, or run scams;
  • use bots, scripts, scraping or reverse engineering, or try to bypass security;
  • impersonate someone else or misrepresent who you are.

If you break these rules we may limit or remove your access, and report serious cases to the authorities.

5. Coins and payments

You get a number of free matches each day. After those, matches and live video minutes use coins, and the rate is shown before you commit. Coins and other digital items have no cash value, unless the law says otherwise.

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers, whose own terms apply. Completed purchases of digital goods and consumed services are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or a product page says so. Suspected fraud, chargeback abuse or unauthorised payments may lead to cancelled orders or account restrictions.

6. Content and conduct on calls

You are responsible for what you say, show and send. Calls are conversations between real people, and what the other person says is theirs, not ours. Use Next, report and block whenever you need to. We can't see or review every call as it happens.

7. Third-party services and links

The service uses third parties for hosting, payments, analytics and login. Their services work under their own terms. We aren't responsible for external sites you reach through a link.

8. Ending access

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, put others at risk, or if we must by law. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as payments, disclaimers and limits of liability, continue after access ends.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as it is and as available. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will like the people you meet. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what other users say or do. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
